Are you curious about the connection between work and health and want to work to provide people with good conditions for a sustainable work-life and private life? Falck in Varberg is growing and is now looking for a Licensed Psychologist.

Working as a Licensed Psychologist at Falck Health and Work Life means you will be part of influencing one of Sweden's future industries, where your broad competence is in demand and highly valued by our clients. You will deliver both digitally and physically to both local and national clients, providing an interesting variation in your job.

You will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues in our team of 19 people in Varberg. The team is cross-functional and includes company doctors, company nurses, physiotherapists, occupational safety engineers, and rehabilitation coordinators.

The focus is on individual-level interventions but also on group and organizational levels. This can involve everything from rehabilitation efforts to lectures on stress management, psychosocial work environment surveys (OSA), and managerial guidance.

Here’s what you need to succeed in the role:

  • License as a psychologist
  • Experience with support conversations and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
  • Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form
  • Driver's license (B)
  • Good computer skills and interest, preferably with experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.

We would be especially pleased if you also have:

  • Experience with organizational assignments such as work environment surveys and group development
  • Experience in conducting training/lectures
  • Further education and experience in organizational and social work environment (OSA)
  • Experience working in occupational health care

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Full-time position with start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car.
